Booking FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for private events, and 4–6 weeks for weddings. Same-week availability may be limited.
What's included in an event package?
Every package includes cart setup and teardown, trained staff, eco-friendly serving supplies, your selected chai varieties, and any agreed add-ons. Custom decor and snacks available.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We offer non-dairy milk options (oat, almond, coconut), sugar-free sweetener options, and all our chai is vegetarian. Just let us know at the time of booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
We'll share our full cancellation and refund policy during the booking confirmation process.
Do you serve outside the Atlanta area?
We primarily serve the greater Atlanta metro area. Events further out may be possible with a travel fee — contact us to discuss.
